The Tartan Trio are one of the UK's finest professional ceilidh bands available for weddings, functions and corporate events. As one of only a handful of professional Scottish Ceilidh bands, the members are young and extremely talented musicians. Having trained at both the Royal Northern College of Music and Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, each member maintains a busy freelance career and have performed with a variety of artists and leading UK orchestras ranging from indie-folk band Belle and Sebastian to singing sensation Andrea Bocelli.  

 

A typical evening of dancing with the Tartan Trio includes a good mix of well known Scottish Ceilidh standards with wee modern hints. All dances are expertly guided by our enthusiastic dance caller ensuring everyone feels confident to join in the fun, particularly if it is their first Scottish Ceilidh dance experience!
